Each MOON bowl is unique in its own way, because it is made by hand, by the best masters of pottery. Before falling into your hands, the bowls travel a journey of eight days. During this time, the bowls undergo two firings at temperatures above 1200 degrees, which gives them a unique strength, three stages of technical control (checks), and are covered with German food glaze.
